Mr. Salmon is a seasoned litigator with a record of obtaining significant multi-million verdicts on behalf of his clients. Prior to earning his license to practice law, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Brooklyn College and received his law degree from Syracuse University’s College of Law. After working as a prosecutor with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office and later representing clients as a partner in a civil defense practice, he devoted his career to advocating for the victims of negligence in various personal injury lawsuits.
He has experience representing individual plaintiffs in cases involving: labor law/ construction accidents, premise defects, medical malpractice, false arrest/civil rights and drug product liability.
His prominent verdicts include:
$70 million verdict in a medical malpractice action involving a 43-year-old homemaker
$22.5 million verdict in a polio vaccine case (trial team member)
$15 million verdict for medical malpractice and wrongful death for a 37-year-old husband and father
$8.4 million verdict for a 30-year-old construction worker after falling at a construction site
$6.4 million verdict for a 45-year-old construction worker injured due to unsafe workplace condition
Currently, Mr. Salmon represents clients with a zeal and dedication to justice that each and every one of them deserve. He is a Board Member with the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice in the Courts of New York and the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
